Bhumi Pednekar wasn't born with a silver spoon, but the performer really mended fences with her hard work and dedication and is now amongst the most loved performers of the current generation. With her recent movie Sonchiraiya about to hit theatres soon, the performer is back in conversations and her work is being lauded by critics and fans alike.
She has been a part of some amazing movies, and has done some roles that most performers will actually deny doing. With her first film being ' Dum Laga ke Haisha' where she put on weight to fit the role, and then did a movie which was focused around Erectile dysfunction and then Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.
With such versatility in her arsenal, I am confident that we have so much more to see from this immensly talented performer, but before her next movie comes out, let's look at two reasons why she is changing Cinema:

#1 Her Challenging Roles

Unlike her peers, Bhumi is always challenging the horizons and going above and beyond to find the most relevant yet challenging roles. From a role to put on weight and another that talks about a disfunction, to a Dacoit, Bhumi has worked in some of the best movies with the most amazing concept. Her work in the 'Lust Stories' was also appreciated by fans and critics, and the movie is changing the way we used to look at women.

#2 No Medium Constraint

Unlike her colleagues, Bhumi hasn't been stuck between mediums and has worked in movies on cinema and web series as well. Her work in 'Lust Stories' has been lauded by cinema lovers and web series fans as well. She has worked a lot to find and make her place in the system, and with so much work on her plate, her constant work in different mediums will be a boon for the business and her fans.
